“He is one of the most generous persons I have ever met... he is the first person to pour champagne for his staff... he knows hard work when he sees it and appreciates it more than most.”
The next step in Crystal’s ascension was her position as a daytime floor manager, and then assistant manager. Finally, in December of 2005 she was promoted to general manager; whenever Tamas leaves the restaurant, for his Hungary trip or any other business, it is Crystal that he leaves in charge, with total trust that she will be able to take care of business in the same light and philosophy that he himself has instilled.
At Seasons, Tamas has managed to build a family both in his home and within his business, based on trust, loyalty, honesty and integrity, with his humor and generosity added in good measure. These are all the traits of a good family, and while most restaurants and their staffs would claim the same dynamic, there are very few that have been built and looked after with the same care that is apparent in every regard at Seasons Restaurant in Davis.
